a little about my story
About Elaine
I am a Shero, meaning that I have lived a life of courage.
I have experienced achievements and successes throughout my life. However, I have also experienced failures and lessons that have helped me learn along the way.
I support environmental issues. I believe that science and climate change is real. I believe that we can all experience health and wellness if we choose to make choices that support the desired outcome. I have always been an artist, even if my path kept me involved in the corporate and business world.
My journey has taken me from the art room to the design field, where I was a commercial interior designer for over 20 years working at architectural firms. In the early 2000s, I began to dedicate my professional work towards sustainability and co-founded a sustainability consultancy firm of which I was a Partner for 16 years. Later, I became President and CEO before selling it. As a woman, I often found that I was in the minority at the conference table, boardroom, or in management positions.
What lessons did I learn during these past 40 years?
Speaking truth, demonstrating integrity, being courageous, and leading by example has guided me on my wellness journey. I have found that life is a balance. It is a bit of art, science, and craft. Our journeys are all different. There is no one answer, and we must find what resonates for us individually to find peace, wellness, and grace within ourselves.
I offer you two parts of my life’s journey.
One as a Coach & Consultant and one as an Artist.
We are not one thing but many parts!
